Bu gizlilik politikası, KurSync uygulamasının ("Uygulama") Shopify mağazanızdan hangi verileri topladığını, nasıl kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar.

1. Topladığımız Veriler

Uygulama yalnızca işlevini yerine getirmek için gereken verilere erişir:

Ürün bilgileri: Ürün başlıkları, varyantları ve fiyatları (fiyat dönüşümü için).
Mağaza bilgileri: Mağaza alan adı ve erişim belirteci (kimlik doğrulama için).
Uygulama ayarları: Seçtiğiniz para birimleri, marj ve zamanlama tercihleri.

Uygulama, müşterilerinizin kişisel verilerini (isim, e-posta, adres vb.) toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemez.

2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır: ürün fiyatlarını güncel döviz kuruna göre hesaplamak ve güncellemek, ayarlarınızı hatırlamak ve uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sağlamak. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.

3. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

Verileriniz güvenli sunucularda (PostgreSQL veritabanı) şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden saklanır. Erişim belirteçleri güvenli şekilde tutulur. Döviz kurları üçüncü taraf bir kur servisinden (ExchangeRate-API) alınır.

4. Veri Silme

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda, mağazanıza ait tüm veriler (erişim belirteci, ayarlar, fiyat geçmişi) otomatik olarak silinir. Shopify'ın shop/redact webhook'u aracılığıyla bu işlem garanti altına alınır.

5. KVKK ve GDPR Uyumu

Uygulama, Shopify'ın zorunlu kıldığı veri koruma webhook'larını (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) destekler. Uygulama müşteri verisi saklamadığından, müşteri verisi talepleri için saklanan veri bulunmamaktadır.

6. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Uygulama şu servisleri kullanır: Shopify (mağaza entegrasyonu), ExchangeRate-API (döviz kuru verileri), Railway (sunucu barındırma). Her biri kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what data the KurSync app ("the App") collects from your Shopify store, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Data We Collect

The App only accesses data necessary to perform its function:

Product information: Product titles, variants, and prices (for price conversion).
Store information: Store domain and access token (for authentication).
App settings: Your selected currencies, margin, and schedule preferences.

The App does not collect, store, or process your customers' personal data (name, email, address, etc.).

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used solely to: calculate and update product prices based on the current exchange rate, remember your settings, and provide the App's core functionality. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (PostgreSQL database) over encrypted connections. Access tokens are kept securely. Exchange rates are obtained from a third-party rate service (ExchangeRate-API).

4. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the App, all data related to your store (access token, settings, price history) is automatically deleted. This is guaranteed via Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

5. GDPR Compliance

The App supports Shopify's mandatory data protection webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Since the App does not store customer data, there is no stored data for customer data requests.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses: Shopify (store integration), ExchangeRate-API (exchange rate data), Railway (server hosting). Each is subject to its own privacy policy.
